What are your delivery times?

We deliver between 10 AM and 10 PM, 7 days a week. Same-day delivery is available if you order before 4 PM. Express delivery (within 90 minutes) is available from 10 AM to 9 PM for an additional AED 50.

Do you deliver outside Abu Dhabi?

Yes — we deliver across all seven emirates. Delivery fees vary: Abu Dhabi AED 25, Dubai AED 45, Sharjah AED 50, others between AED 60 and AED 90. Free delivery within Abu Dhabi on orders above AED 300.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. During checkout, toggle 'Anonymous gift' and we'll deliver without sharing the sender's name. If the recipient asks, we politely decline to reveal the sender.

How long do your flowers last?

With proper care, our hand-tied bouquets typically last 5-7 days, vase arrangements 7-10 days, preserved roses 1 year or more. Each order includes a care card with specific guidance for the flowers you've chosen.

Do you do custom arrangements?

Yes. For weddings, events, or large corporate orders, please use the contact form or call our Corporate Sales team. Lead time is typically 3-5 days for custom work.

What if my recipient isn't home?

Our driver will call the recipient before delivery. If unreachable, we attempt one re-delivery the same day. If still unreachable, we hold the order at our shop and try again the next day. You'll be kept informed by SMS at every step.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications and cancellations are free up to 6 hours before scheduled delivery. After that, modifications may incur a fee and same-day cancellations are not refundable as the arrangement will already be in production.

Are your flowers fresh?

We import directly from Aalsmeer auction in Holland four times a week. Most of our roses are 24-48 hours from being cut. We're obsessive about this.
